The hotel had great facilities and a stunning view of the local scenery. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Its location was perfect for travelers who wanted to explore the nearby attractions. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our New Year celebration more enjoyable.

The food at the hotel was quite expensive, and the quality was not up to the mark. there were very few dining options available around the hotel, which made it difficult to try different dishes.

We were amazed by the beautiful art showcased throughout the resort. The paintings and sculptures added a unique touch to the surroundings. The private pools in the rooms were a delightful feature, providing a sense of tranquility and luxury. The gardens were well-maintained and offered breathtaking views, especially with the picturesque rice paddies in the backdrop. The attentive service we received from the staff was exceptional, and the free shuttles to Ubud made exploring the area convenient. We are already planning our next visit to this paradise on earth!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the fact that they had a gym and a spa on-site, which made it easy to stay healthy. The view from my room was amazing, with a lovely pool and mountains in the background.

The location was not ideal, as it was far from the city center and there weren't many options for food nearby. The internet was spotty and unreliable, which made it hard to get any work done.

The hotel had a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for senior people like me. The decorations were elegant and created a cozy feeling throughout the entire resort. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, which made it convenient for me to move around and enjoy the facilities. The staff, despite being young, were always respectful and attentive to my needs. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

I would have preferred if the resort had more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests.

The hotel is located on the coast, offering stunning views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Ubud markets are also a short distance away, making it convenient for shopping. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is attentive and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast is scrumptious and the infinity pool offers a relaxing atmosphere.

One minor issue is that there is a temple nearby that starts chanting early in the morning, which can disrupt sleep for light sleepers.

We were impressed by the unique artwork and elegant statues throughout the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with big comfortable beds. We had our own private pool and enjoyed wandering around the beautiful gardens. It was easy to get to the Ubud markets for shopping and bargains, and the hotel provided complimentary transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more memorable.

Cannot find any fault, everything was perfect.

During my stay at Alam Puri, I was greeted with a delicious welcome drink that instantly made me feel refreshed. The resort's beautiful and peaceful environment provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The well-kept grounds truly showcased the stunning beauty of the resort. The pool was fantastic and provided a refreshing escape from the Bali heat. I was pleasantly surprised when, on the day of my check-out, the staff allowed me to take their free shuttle service to Ubud and even went the extra mile by dropping me off at my next hotel. Additionally, the driver provided interesting insights about Balinese culture during our journey.

Our stay at Alam Puri was absolutely amazing. The Balinese decoration throughout the hotel was stunning, creating a beautiful and authentic atmosphere. We loved spending time by the pool, surrounded by lush flora. The staff were not only nice and professional, but they also went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The WiFi connection was stable and fast, which was a bonus. And the view from our terrace was simply breathtaking.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slightly overpriced restaurant and the need for some room renovation in the future, these did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. The kindness of the staff, the serene environment, and the surprise birthday cake we received definitely added to our positive experience.
